Shipping Policy:
We have currently updated our shipping options to include customers
in Canada.
During the checkout process you will be presented with
shipping alternatives and the cost of these alternatives. Currently we
are utilizing only the USPS ( United States Parcel
Service ) and UPS shipping services. The Huntin Shack
currently only ships to addresses within the United States and
Canada.
Buckeye-Cam products ship directly from the
manufacturer via UPS. Your cameras are built
specifically for you and to assure that their is absolutely no problems
for you should you ever need to use the warranty. Orders are placed the
same day so your shipping process can begin immediately. Products
usually ship within 5-14 business days but can rarely take longer if
delays warrant it.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship within 24-48
hours after being processed Monday through Friday. Occasionally, due to
manufacture’s backorder status, shipping within 24-48 hours is not
possible. While this is rare it is unfortunately out of our control. If
we are unable to ship any item in your order with 24-48 business hours
you will be notified by email. Due to the very low prices we offer, some
items are not always in stock at the time of the order. All items are
restocked in a maximum of 3 business days. If for some reason our
supplier is out of stock on the item you will be notified immediately.
Damaged Shipments:
The Huntin Shack packages all products in static free
peanuts. It is our goal to ensure every package arrives to our customer
in the same condition it left The Huntin Shack. Occasionally products
are damaged during shipping. If your shipment is damaged in anyway
please notify us at sales@thehuntinshack.com as quickly as possible.
Keep the original shipping box and packaging material as well as the
manufactures packaging. If the damage is visible prior to opening the
manufactures packaging please do NOT open it. Again, retain all original
shipping and packaging and notify us as quickly as possible. We can
assure you we’ll resolve this in a timely manner.
Return Policy:
If your camera shipped with free shipping then your
refund will be minus those charges. All returns require a Return of
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).

Shack Sales and include the following information:
• Order number.
• Reason for return EACH item
Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer and are not
reimbursed. A restocking fee of 15% is required for all returns of opened packages. Returns that are not returned in NEW condition may be
refused if the camera is damaged and will be returned to the sender. Camera units that are discontinued by the manufacturer are not eligible for refund. No camera will be accepted for return with any damage or markings. Refunds minus restocking fees for
authorized returns will be processed once the merchandise is received. No
C.O.D. returns will be accepted. No returns without an RMA#
will be accepted. If trail camera units have been used and images recorded or the unit has been exposed to the weather it is not eligible for refund.
Returns of unopened packages within 30 days will be
refunded 100% if returned within 30 days and undamaged. Customer is
responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges also require a RMA # and as with returns shipping costs are
the responsibility of the customer. Read the ‘Return Policy’ for
information on requesting an RMA #. Requests for exchanges must occur
within two weeks from the order. Exchanges will not be charged a
restocking fee. Exchange must be the actual product that was purchased.
All serial numbers on trail cameras are verified and documented before
shipment for warranty purposes with the manufacturer. Straight exchanges
will be processed once merchandise is received. However, to expedite an
exchange a “purchase and refund” process is available. No C.O.D.
exchanges will be accepted. No exchanges without an RMA# will be
accepted.
