Information Collection and Use
The Huntin Shack's Trailcam
Headquarters is the sole owner of the information collected on this
site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside
parties. The Huntin Shack's Trailcam Headquarters collects information
from our users at several different points on our website in order to
process orders and better serve you with pertinent information.
Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address,
telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as
credit card. The Huntin Shack's Trailcam Headquarters also requires you
to submit a user name and password of your choice for future access to
your information. Your user name and password is to remain confidential
and you should not share this information with anyone. All personal
information is protected and secured with 128 bit SSL Security. No
information is stored in the database and credit cards are securely
processed with Authorize.net to ensure a risk free shopping experience
for our customers. No customers CC# is ever stored on our server or
inside our company anywhere! Once you complete your transaction your
number is gone, never to have been on our server or shop site. If we
take your order by phone the same applies. Never stored on any Huntin
Shack's Trailcam Headquarters computer, server or written down for
anyone else to see.
Registration
In order to process
your orders using this website, a user must first complete the
registration form. During registration a user is required to give their
contact information, which include name, e-mail, telephone number and
physical address. This information is used to contact the user about the
services on our site such as sending automated order status updates.
Payment
We accept payment for orders via credit card
through industry leading processors. When an order is placed your credit
card will not be charged until the order has been completed and ready
for shipping. If an item is listed as out of stock or on back order you
will in most cases be able to place your order if you choose but only
charged when the item is back in stock and ready for shipment. We will
make every attempt to list expected shipment dates on all back order
items. Pre-Orders will be charged at the time of order since we are
reserving an item for you and guaranteeing your item in our shipment. If
your payment was authorized at the time of the order but declined at
order completion / shipping, we will make every attempt possible to
contact you with updated payment information.
Orders
Most
of the information collected in the registration process will be used
to process orders. In the order process, a user must provide additional
financial information such as credit card number and expiration date.
This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer’s
orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information
is used to get in touch with the user. We do not share your personal
and financial information with any third parties. The only exception is
when processing your credit card information with Authorize.net for
authorization and approval. This process is protected by an 128 bit SSL
security. See Security paragraph for more details on security measures
and procedures. Orders may be changed and canceled before the order has
been completed or shipped. Orders can not be changed or canceled after
this and an RMA number will be required at this point. All orders are
covered by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If an item is packaged in a
sealed container a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. These items can
not be resold as new. Items returned must also be in new condition or
may be refused. All cameras are covered by full manufacturers warranty
and anything other than DOA cameras should be returned to the camera
manufacturer for repair or replacement. We cover most return shipping
fees during the warranty period.
Return Policy:
If your
camera shipped with free shipping then your refund will be minus those
charges. All returns require a Return of Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA #). To receive a RMA # please email us at Huntin Shack's
Trailcam Headquarters support and include the following information:

• Reason for return EACH item
Shipping
costs for returns are paid by the customer and are not reimbursed. A
restocking fee of 15% is required for all returns of opened packages.
Returns that are not returned in NEW condition may be refused if the
camera is damaged. Refunds minus restocking fees for authorized returns
will be processed once the merchandise is received. No C.O.D. returns
will be accepted. No returns without an RMA# will be accepted.
Returns
of unopened packages within 30 days will be refunded 100% if returned
within 30 days and undamaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping
charges on returns.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges also
require a RMA # and as with returns shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer. Read the ‘Return Policy’ for information
on requesting an RMA #. Requests for exchanges must occur within two
weeks from the order. Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee.
Exchange must be the actual product that was purchased. All serial
numbers on trail cameras are verified and documented before shipment for
warranty purposes with the manufacturer. Straight exchanges will be
processed once merchandise is received. However, to expedite an exchange
a “purchase and refund” process is available. No C.O.D. exchanges will
be accepted. No exchanges without an RMA# will be accepted.
Cookies
With respect to cookies, we use cookies to customize Web page
content based on visitors browser type or other information that the
visitor sends. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our
site, however you will be unable to use our shopping cart to purchase
items online. This is because cookies are used by the shopping cart to
retain information necessary to process your order. If you disable
cookies, we will not be able to accept your order online. We do not
share any information with any third party sites. Cookies are used
strictly for the purpose of enhancing your personal experience with our
site.

to other sites. Please be aware The Huntin Shack's Trailcam Headquarters
is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We
encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the
privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally

Rating Products and
Reviews
The Huntin Shack's Trailcam Headquarters provides a
product-rating feature that allows customers to rate the quality of the
product. Our review system also allows for customers to leave written
comments to further elaborate their experience with the product. The
Huntin Shack retains the right to screen and removed any ratings and
review comments deemed to contain offensive, dangerous, or personal
information. The Huntin Shack's Trailcam Headquarters moderator may
choose to disregard or eliminate comments that do not meet the
guidelines. Guidelines include that all comments are truthful and
non-offensive. Guidelines do not permit the posting of personal
